US Wrestling Tour – Traveling, Wrestling and Life

Since my US wrestling tour is fast approaching and it’s been a while since I wrote my last blog post. I thought it was about time, I jotted down a few notes and gave you guys an update, as to what’s been going on in my life! Life’s been pretty busy lately however also treating me good, so I can’t complain.

As, you all know I relocated home to Ireland in the later part of last year and finally after slumming it with parents for a while, I am delighted to have my own pad again. How nice it is to have my own space again, not that I have spent much time at mine since moving in with travel.

My travels

Over the Christmas period you find yourself with more time on your hands. This means time to plan your travel for the next quarter and consider any new destinations you have never been to.

I announced new dates for Cologne, London & new destinations in Scandinavia as I had received interest from Gothenburg prior to Christmas.

No sooner had I announced dates however, and I received inquiries from Glasgow and Dublin. Dublin not being too far from where I live, I thought Ill go. See some regular faces and sure if I didn’t get too many sessions, I’ll just enjoy a few nights in the city as I am quite partial to it. Glasgow on the other hand, I decided to schedule for March. Leaving myself with some time of in the middle of February.

Confused – What Was Going On?

Time of in February however, was not to be the case! It is quite funny in that I remember receiving inquiries from people asking if they can book Feb 8th.  I was like, “why are these people asking me for Feb  when I’m going in March?” It was only then, when I went on wb270 that I realized my dates had been displayed for February! As March did appear to suit many people as they were traveling with work etc. Off I went on a whim to Glasgow and was actually surprised at how much interest there was!

I envy my cat at times, she gets to sleep all day

I therefore ended up on tour for 6 weeks in a row and rescheduled my Munich tour to the end of this month to allow time off to recoup. As much as I love traveling I can honestly say I dunno how girls do this all the time, as staying in shape, hitting the gym and eating clean are all but a challenge when away.

This is why when on longer trips such as my upcoming USA trip. I always like to limit to amount of sessions I undertake per day, so I can stay energized and most of all enthused to meet you guys. As i think it is important that you enjoy what you do 🙂

I am not complaining though about having being busy, it’s great.

How I Love The German People

My first tour of the year was to Cologne. Here, i had some great sessions including muscle worship, lift and carry and of course wrestling. I dunno if I have gotten stronger during my time of over winter period but it is quite funny in that one guys was very much so into choke holds. So, as I went to start the session I put my first RNC on him and he went straight out!

Choke outs I never do on purpose during sessions, as much as guys do request because safety is important to me. So, I kinda felt bad yet shocked at my own strength. One of those, ooh shit watch your own strength and hold back a bit moments lol. For the rest of the session, we toned it done a bit and had a great time and as much as I felt bad about it, I think the guy secretly loved it!

Dublin Bound My Second Home

After Cologne, Dublin followed suit. It was great to see such a high turn out for the city. This is because Dublin’s a funny place in that sometimes tours can be so so and other times ram packed. I was fortunate enough to met my firm favorites and also some new cracking faces.

The Catholic Church I believe has always played a part in how people feel about anything taboo. As, Ireland is small people, people often also worry about being caught out or bumping into someone they know. I dunno what it is, but its as if this train of thought is breed into people! Strangely in Dublin, I therefore often meet quite a lot of Americans now living in Ireland and even Europeans due to the influx of IT companies more than Irish people.

One guy that I felt quite proud of meeting was a guy who I would consider a veteran to the scene. He has been attending events for years and travels as far as Bratislava & Prague for sessions. I was his third ever session in Dublin despite having session-ed for nearly two decades!

London Is The Modern Babylon

London is always one of my favorites cities to visit! I have my usual area of W2, Bayswater that I like to stay in and people I like to session with two I guess. This time I was lucky enough to be chauffeured from the airport on arrival by a guy I have session-ed with six times. Although I don’t admit it to him, I do think it would be weird if I went to London and he wasn’t my first session, as he always is!

He has warned me though, that if I do get any stronger he may need to start booking later in the day. I think it’s just that he needs to get his ass to the gym more ha ha.

This Was Going To Be A Challenge

My toughest session in London was against a guy who weighed sixteen and a half stone and played rugby. In his email he had told me he had some judo experience, however it seemed like more than a bit of experience to me in the session.

In the session , he let slip that he has a black belt in Judo and now trains on a professional level with professional MMA athletes! The reason he hadn’t told me he said was because he didn’t want me to back out of taking up a challenge! I therefore didn’t fell so bad when I did get my ass kicked at some points.

He told me he liked the fact I was stubborn and that I have a fierce face as everyone always tell me! He also even told me that he had session-ed against a girl before with a black belt, however as he keep winning, she gave up and didn’t try in the rest of their session which he didn’t like, so I guess I was happy enough with my performance.

In Gothenburg We Don’t Make A Fuse About Who You Are!

Denmark and Sweden followed London and what an overwhelming turn out by a tiny city called Gothenburg! Sweden was definitely the most nosy nation. Every guy I session-ed with, most of asked, how many sessions I had and what people where into etc. I don’t call it necessarily nosy, but you know what I mean, intrigued. Sweden is often under toured, perhaps because it is so far north of mainland Europe or cold like Ireland!

All guys I meet were lovely, courteous and great to session with. i always find Scandinavian people very fair. I think I confused people a lot by kissing them as you would in mainland Europe, as you don’t do this in Sweden. Sessions were mostly for domination wrestling, with a lot of requests for face sitting! I also took a lot of guys session wrestling virginity,  5 in one week!  First time session guys, can be anxious because they feel they are not as experienced as others, however, I always tell them to not worry. Live for the moment and give as much info as possible when inquiring so they can live out there dream.

Little Rest, Guys To Punish

After Scandinavia I returned home for one night, before heading off to  Paris, Antwerp and Amsterdam. Paris was great and and Belgium full of friendly faces. I had never been in Antwerp before but it seemed like a lovely city with a lot of jewellery stores if you like sparkly things!

Antwerp Central Station, beautiful architecture

In Amsterdam I had one of my most fun sessions in a while, with a guy I meet last year in Switzerland. He loves chokes and girl who like to be brutal, without holding back. He had taught me a few tips last year on how to crank up my RNC and had sent me a few clips of things to watch on you tube before our session. So, I couldn’t wait to try out these thins.

Originally, we were meant to do a role play, but as he felt he wasn’t a role play kind of guy we scrapped and just went with the flow. Before wrestling commenced we did go to the hotel gym were I got to show him some of the stuff I do, which he was intrigued about. Here I got to show him up with pull ups, push ups and curling 14kg dumbbells in front of him. Yes, he couldn’t even rep one lol. So, After tiring him out I took him up and tried out my new choking techniques. To which he said, You’ve certainly been practicing that! Ka-ching and tap tap tap it was lol.

US Wrestling Tour Planning

Now back on the emerald isle, I have been enjoying time off arranging my upcoming America Tour. Here, I have some great video and fitness photo shoots arranged. Apparently this time, I’ve to go easier on Jay from Scissor foxes. What do you think guys? Should I have mercy this time round? Time will tell I guess!

Over the past couple of weeks, I have also been working hard in getting my house set up for offering sessions at home. Plus, i have also converted my spare bedroom into an at home gym for conditioning workouts. With nice new shiny kettle bells ordered, I am just waiting on them arriving before I can start filming some great new free video content!

The gym I attend is great and I love it, however I always find commercials gyms lack a bit on the conditioning side of things. This is what is needed for wrestling. By adding this into my regime, there will be no stopping me guys. My endurance will just keep going on forever!

So watch this Space.

Thanks for reading guys and if your not sure of where I’m at this month, please check out my latest tour dates.

My First Year as a Session Wrestler in Review 2016

It is hard to believe that Sara Lips Wrestling is one year old year and my first year of touring as a session wrestler has now come to an end. What a year it has been! I can’t say it started of on a good note but ooh how it has ended on one. Yes there has bee trials and tribulations, but isn’t there always in life. The reward of seeing the joy brought to you guys face in sessions, I would not change for the world and only makes me want to continue doing what I do for a long time yet!

Here is my year in review:

WB270 | Session Wrestler Sara Lips

I first appeared on wb270 last June. I admit, I wasn’t exactly expecting big things from it, but was rather curious as to actually how many guys were into this sort of thing and if it was sustainable as a career. All I can remember is emailing Bill the details one night and waking up the next morning to over fifty emails! One thing I have certainly got better at over the past year is being able to spot timewasters! They are the being of every session girl’s life. So, if you are inquiring with a session wrestler regarding a session my tips are to express your interest and most importantly include a day, time, date your city! So many people forget this part, which means your email may be mistaken as generic.

My First Session

Belfast is a small place, with a population of 280,000 people. So, when they talk about a 6th sense, they certainly aren’t lying in regards to Northern Ireland.

Going by the name of Micky (obviously I’m disguising a name here), my first client approached me. He could not believe, that finally there was finally as session wrestler in his hometown offering this service. For years, it had been his ultimate fantasy to be beat up by a girl and could not wait to live out his fantasy.

The problem, with Micky however was, he was too honest! Micky had told me he owned a gym, along with the name of it. Naturally I was therefore skeptical, working as a freelance personal trainer myself at the time, I did not want word to get out regarding what I was doing. Believe it or not I am a very private person in real life. And, even though there is nothing wrong with what I do, Ireland is still rather conservative in regards to anything, which exceeds the norm of society. I therefore ignored his emails and hoped that they would go away.

Micky however was persistent and by his third email I felt really bad. I could tell he really wanted a session and was going out of his way to prove how genuine he was. Finally, I told him my situation and we agreed that we both needed to be as discreet as each other. We agreed to meet in a private studio and the rest is history.

Micky demonstrated to me from day one that there is no kind of stereotype or one kind fits all clientele for session wrestlers. A small, stalky 14.5stone, strong & muscular guy, Micky is not the easiest victim I have ever had, however from day one we clicked and have had many sessions since. I would even go as far to say it was great to have someone heavier and as strong as me for my first session, to really test things out.

Through our conversations and light hear-ted chat during sessions, I found out that Micky’s neighbor used to babysit him on a Saturday night when his mum and dad went out and her daughter used to come round and beat the crap out of him. Since then I ask every guy how they got into the scene and if they can relate there fetishes back to any particular moment in their life. I find it really interesting to find out and have even had guys admit to me, that they fancied the school bully who used to choke the crap out of guys and love it!

Relocation to Spain | Home from Home

Researching more into the wrestling scene and enjoying doing my sessions with Micky. I decided that if I were to throw myself into the scene, I needed to move away and give it 100% focus. To me, I believe if you are to be good at anything, you must give it your all. This meant giving up my career as a personal trainer, which was scary however now I believe worth it. Having always holidayed on the Costa Blanca for the past ten years of my life, the decision as to where I would move to was not hard and off to the Costa Blanca, I went in October 2016.

My First Tour

session wrestler sarah lips tours london wb270

My First Ever Tour : London, December 2015

It was not until the first week of December 2016, that I decided to venture upon my first tour. London was the chosen destination. I was to be in London from a Monday – Friday. With this being my first ever tour to London also, I was rammed with bookings. Slightly nervous because I was unsure as to what guys would envisage in sessions. Especially as the guys in London are know for having high expectations. Looking back, I am not sure I would recommend it as a destination to a newbie session wrestler as a first time tour lol. I do however love throwing myself into the deep end and looked forward to seeing how strong the guys thought my legs where.

Things did not go as planned…

Sessions were going well and varied from muscle worship to lift and carry and even ass worship. I was enjoying the diversity of sessions and how each client who walked through the door differed. I am a real people person, and love the feeling of connection, so was having a blast. A guy by the name of Mohammad however was to ruin this.

On my second day in London, a guy rang looking to make a booking, I told him I was fully booked and if he wanted, he could ring back to see if I had availability. Upon talking to him later that day however it became apparent he was not happy and nor did our expectations meet in regards to what happens in as session. He was offering outlandish money of 10,000 pounds, claiming he from a very well known family and that he had seen fitness models before for sessions. He also wanted to offer me extra money if I would consider unprotected full service and do cocaine.

As I persistently refused, he turned nasty. Saying I had disrespected his family and made him wait all day to waste his time. Eventfully he started threatening me, saying I did not know who I was messing with and that he was going to send me a booking to show me exactly who his family was – hinting at rape and violence, saying I would not like it, nor enjoy enjoy it.

I felt at unease

The threats did not stop there either, as he continued to bombard me with emails and harass my phone with bully tactics. The whole experience was truly terrifying and put a whole dampener on my tour. The more I continued to think about it, the more I felt at unease. I therefore had to take the hard decision to cancel the rest of my tour and leave London early. And upon returning to Spain I even took my website down, to let things settle, as he was still persisting.

Looking back now, I think may have handled things differently, however when you do a job which could be considered prostitution In the eyes of the law and travel alone. It is sometimes hard to know whether you want to get the police involved.

The Luck of the Irish

After a few weeks had passed and having had time to think about things, I become angry. Angry and frustrated that someone’s bullying and malicious tactics could predetermine my life and decisions made. I did not want to put my life in danger but did not want someone to stop me doing from what I love.

I therefore decided to give touring a go again, in my home country of Ireland. A place where I could feel safe and at ease again. This tour is what restored my faith in humanity. And after returning to Spain, I decided to restore my website, which unfortunately could not be restored to my original domain name of sarahlipswrestling.com and so saralipswrestling.com was created! On December 25th my website will be one year old!

Go with your gut feeling

Fortunately since then, I have not encountered many bad experiences, except two. One were a guy thought he could wedge me, pull my hair, slap my bits and bite! What, I have noticed with the “untouchables” as I call them is one trend. They NEVER pay deposits and generally want last minute bookings. For this reason, I therefore never take bookings since London without deposits paid. I have no interest in who you are, what you do or where you live, however, if you want to hide who you are and be ott about it, there generally is a reason. No longer am I willing to put my safety at risk and for this reason deposits or adequate references are paramount!

session wrestler sara lips

Picture Rapture posted on her twitter, warning of dangerous man

To demonstrate, even when in the USA on tour this year, I had one guy approach me, telling me he was getting divorced and could not let his wife see money going out of his account to another lady. I have various deposit payment methods, of which all are set to appear as SLW on statements for discretion. So, after giving numerous ways for him to make payment and refusing. I said to him sorry, no deposit = no session. The he also went out of his way to cover up who he was, and try make deposits by unsolicited methods, my gut feeling told me no. Unfortunately a while later I seen a post by Rapture stating the exact email of the guy who had contacted me 2-3 times warning fellow session wrestlers that he was a bad man and photos to prove it! So, if a session wrestler ever asks for a deposit guys, please respect it. I am sure her last intention is to rip you off but more likely a similar case to mine.

Traveling

This year I have visited :

Paris, Belgium, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid, Stockholm, Milan, London, Manchester, Dublin, Cork, Toronto, NYC, Chicago, SF, Vegas & LA.

I still find it hard to believe I have been to all these places and find it quite amazing that I have visited more countries and states this year, than I have in my lifetime. Sometimes I joke that if my career falls through as a session wrestler, at least I would make a good travel rep/agent.

Traveling is not all its cracked up to be

Often my first travel day looks something like this, 2.30am bus from Belfast to Dublin, arrive in Dublin 4.30am, Flight around 6/7am arrive in new country before midday, catch the bus/train to city center, find hotel, check in and then flake out for one hour before the fun commences! You certainly do have to be very organized and have research/planned your trip well!

It is truly amazing however and an absolute privilege to be able to visit and see the cities I tour. Session wrestling has made the world seem smaller to me and I do not take this for granted. As, if I were to work a normal 9-5 job, I would not have the money or time to see so many places in the world. Not all the time, however, do you have time to venture out far beyond your hotel room as many of you high flying businessmen will know. So, unfortunately I have been to places I have not seen much off. Hotel rooms can also begin to all look the same after a while, traveling become boring and find yourself lonely at times, making me look forward my sessions for interaction with people!

Session Wrestler Sara Lips Vienna wb270

Picture of St Stephan’s Cathedral taken at night on my phone

The highlight of all my European trips, I would have to say is Vienna. Leaving the best till last, it truly was amazing. I did not finish my sessions until late in Vienna and was only there one night, however, I was determined to see a little of the city. So, out I ventured in the cold. St. Stephen’s cathedral was the point of attraction. My phone dying and getting lost resulting in me walking around the city for an hour, trying to find my hotel in the freezing cold was not though… I think you will agree with me, however, that the cathedral is breathtaking. Not catholic myself, I still find these places numbing. The architecture and workmanship in such buildings is astounding nevermind the atmosphere. Other favorites this year have included Berlin, Venice Beach, & Chicago – a city with a small town feel. Strangely when I revisited NYC this year I could not believe I survived working in the city four summers ago for so long. I am not quite sure, the hustle and bustle is quite me anymore, but I still like NYC for what it is, especially Long Island.

Terrorism

One increasing concern, there has been for me this year when traveling is terrorism or rather spoiler violence. A method used by extremist groups to gain media attention. Terrorism attacks are usually small, but usually high scale and well thought out to hit home. We cannot however let these terrorists control our lives or predetermine where we visit. Particular attacks however ,which have touched me this year have been The Munich shootings, because, this happened one day before I was due to visit. There was also a shooting in NYC in September, the day after I left for Chicago at Penn station across from the hotel where I stayed. Terrorism has affected me; in that I make sure my family knows exactly what countries I visit, even if they do not know what I do! Unfortunately we do not know what could happen when we visit these places.

Life is not a competition

The wrestling scene is a small world. You will always hear stories about session wrestlers who have the best scissors, martial arts, figure yada yada. You will see this especially on forums. If there is one thing I will say to other girls, is not to pay much heed to any of it and do your own.

Hanging yourself up on what others do will only hinder your own productivity, this goes for life also. So be unique, be different and be yourself!

You will  find that you adapt a certain style and perhaps even attract a certain kind of clientele. To me, as long as you treat people well, communicate, deliver and most importantly have a good number of returning clients, this speak for itself for me.

Production Companies| Do not become a puppet on a string

Money and popularity isn’t everything, of course appearing on certain sites can make you feel popular, but the goal for these production companies is to make money of which I understand. For many companies however unfortunately this means ethos go out the door. I have had many opportunities, particularly with one big company in Europe who I will not name names, but what I will say is my gut feeling told me no and ooh how was right. After hearing a few months later, from a number of fellow session wrestlers who had been used for a live event, filming and not paid nor happy with their whole experience … To me, what is important in regards to filming with production companies is that I feel happy doing what I do. As, whatever you do is out there forever. If you do not trust a company’s ethos or the way they do business, do not do it, for you only have yourself to answer to. For, me I will therefore always prefer to just do my own thing and focus on what I think suits my own personality and style. Money and popularity is not the be end all of everything, and I believe I will always prefer to concentrate on the relationships i develop with people throughout my career/travel. To me, Arekah Lox is a prime example of this.

My Most Remember-able experience

session wrestler sara lips scissor foxes wb270

Me holding Jay from Scissor Foxes in a reverse head scissor position

This year my most remember-able experience was filming with scissor foxes. In Europe there is not as many production companies as compared to the USA. This was therefore my first ever time filming with a company. Within our designated time, we had agreed we were to film four 15 minute clips, all of which would we filmed out right with no breaks.

I had informed Jay this was my first time, he therefore warned me not go all out and save some of my energy during the first clip, as many girls make the mistake of giving it there all, ending up punctured for the rest after. I had made sure scissor foxes was my first booking that day after a long sleep to get over initial jet lag. So, I was bouncing with energy. We did a few test scissor and were ready to go. Jay was relaxed and as we all know he can take a lot of pain, so he was not worried about me holding back. The first clip we did involved me playing the role of princess pain, a mixture of domination and scissors. Jay said my scissors where stronger than the test, most likely after having warmed up and asked if I had plenty of energy left to which I said yes of course.

In clip two, Jay’s hand where to be tied up. He had said quite a lot of the fans of scissor foxes fans had been asking for HOM, which I love to incorporate in a playful or teasing manner, so was looking forward to this one. A safe word of red was decided upon. A few minutes into filming, Jay started wriggling and squirming, which I thought was acting for the camera. I appeared however Jay had actually got into difficulty and passed out as I smothered him and scissored him. I felt so bad as I did not realize my own strength and had not even been going 100 % as I am always careful, certainly it was not my intention. Even the cameraman had not realized what has happened, Jay said he had been out of it for a couple of minutes and was trying to say the safe word but as his mouth was covered could not get it out, and said it was pretty scary. This is what a REAL knockout looks like. After a few minutes break we continued filming the rest of the video unrestrained and later laughed about it, this however really demonstrated to me the ability of strength.  Ever since I have had guys email me saying they want a session like such, to which I think they must be nuts! Yes I can be dominant in sessions, but I just want to say I can soft, sensual and fun too! Sessions are tailored to each individuals own personal desire, however one thing for sure is safety is paramount and I don’t ever want this happening again to this extent.

My Clients

Are the best and I am not just saying this. From guys helping me with hotel recommendations, sponsorship, picking me up at airports, gifts and even helping me out with train directions etc. I cannot thank you guys enough.

Do I have a certain kind of client? This could be debatable. I believe there is still confusion in regards to what fantasy and semi competitive wrestling is, as sometimes I have guys come for semi competitive wrestling and end up pretty submissive and some in for fantasy that really mean competitive. All in all though, one trend is that the majority these guys want what I term “muscle domination.”

Muscle domination

Whether they want to be physically dominated through raw power, strength or skill, one thing my clients have in common is that they want to see your muscles in action. This can even be said for those guys who love muscle worship, as nothing gets them going better than seeing those muscles pumped up. The only fetish that may differ in this respect is lift and carry, as some guys prefer the affectionate side of it, compared to dominance.

My sessions are fun, an excuse to escape from the real world and not to be taken seriously. I am not, nor ever will be the traditional Dom from the door. Always having a nice chat with you, before the fun commences. To me, trust is paramount to establish before letting someone hand over power or in some cases life to you. This for me I believe, is the key to a successful session experience.

Communication is vital | Organization is the key

What has truly made my sessions great is communication, perhaps having studied CAM at university. I understand the complexity of the human brain. Openness should therefore be encouraged when arranging sessions. So everyone knows they are on the same page, establishing what is within or without of our boundaries. This ultimately creates respect for the session. Respect is a wonderful thing and I often believe the industry lacks it. By this, I don’t just mean the guys are guilty. Respect to me means, that I should respect you too and if you ask for something, which I do not offer via email, it is for me to respect your desires and decline it kindly. It does not mean I should take offense easily, be aggressive or vulgar in any response unless uncalled for. Too often I hear of snotty emails from girls, which I believe harms the industry. I hope that I never develop an attitude.

I don’t know if my encouragement of communication is a good thing though, as with so many emails regarding session requests, Evernote has now became my best friend! Under lock and seal, I now have hundreds of notes copied and pasted from emails so I remember exactly what we have talked about before a session. If I ever where to publish these, it would certainly make an interesting read!

What the Future Holds

Now recently relocated back to Ireland, I am awaiting my house and looking forward to getting moved into it. This year I want to take Sara Lips Wrestling to the next level and hope you will join me on the journey. Don’t worry, I  am not planning on changing though and am just going to continue to do things my way. I hope you enjoyed reading my brief summary of my first year within wrestling, as you can see it is only a brief summary and I could really write a book on this topic!

A Tribute to Chyna | Ninth Wonder of the World

Chyna, real name Joan Marie Laurer, was found dead in her apartment in Redondo Beach, on April 20, 2016. She was just 45 years old.

It is believed the 1990s WWE star, died of a combination of the tranquilizer Valium and sleeping pill Ambien. There has been speculation of her death being caused by an overdose. Despite her manger’s insistence it was not intentional

Chyna’s WWE Debut

Laurer career began, in January 1997, when Laurie decided to drive to a WWE show in Massachusetts, as word of her build and athleticism began to spread around gyms in the wrestling circuit.

Here, she watched matches from the stands, waiting patiently after the event outside the locker rooms. Until stars Shawn Michaels and Paul Levesque, aka Triple H, emerged. Laurer then introduced herself and expressed interest in joining the company.

The rest is history!

After a brief discussion, a storyline was then born. Laurer would pose as a female bodyguard for some of the company’s biggest stars.

A six-foot powerhouse who could benchpress more than 140kg, Chyna debuted in Vince McMahon’s promotion as a bodyguard for Paul “Triple H” Levesque in February, 1997.

She was no ordinary Bodyguard though… Often helping the rising male stars win, by methods such as delivering low blows to the groin of their opponents. It was not long, until Chyna became a wrestling standout in her own right.

Ninth Wonder Of The World

ChynaAlready a founding member of D – Generation X. Chyna’s star power and talent allowed her to go, where no other female wrestler had gone before!

After a little initial resilience, male counterparts became willing to let her overpower them. Chyna therefore became the first ever woman to ever take part in the Royal Rumble, in January 1999.

Shew was the first female who went all out at the guys. Furthermore, not afraid to use and demonstrate her power around them. She truly became WWE’s pioneering women who wrestled men!

Offstage her life was flourishing too. A bit of a loner when growing up, who found comfort at the gym. Chyna had found a family in the WWE ranks and a boyfriend in Triple H.

Triple H and Chyna were inseparable on the road, bonding over their dedication to a healthy lifestyle, lifting weights and a determination to plot their way to the top of the wrestling world.

Before Chyna, women in pro wrestling were generally dismissed in a male-dominated industry as sex objects. Wearing all skimpy attire that oozed novelty appeal for video games and posters in teenagers’ bedrooms.

Chyna of course wore skimpy attire too, but she was different. Bench-pressing 365 pounds, her blend of size and strength was so extreme, that even she felt awkward in the ring with other women and feared that she would injure them.

Breaking Stereotypes

Due to her immense size and strength, Chyna could perform and make her mixed matches look believable. At 5 ’10 and 180 lbs, she did inflict considerable pain on opponents. The stereotype had been broken and it seemed that men had accepted the idea that strong women could dominate men.

In many ways she broke a barrier for women in professional wrestling, as part of a golden age of professional wrestling in which story lines were outrageous, wrestlers performed excellently, and stunts were spectacular.

Chyna, also presented for the first time a female bodybuilder physique to WWE. Bringing female muscle to the mainstream in a popular entertainment format! Generally, muscular and athletic women had not entirely been accepted into the mainstream, but in professional wrestling it seemed strong women became as popular as the men.

You could even say Chyna introduced lift and carry to many, through various lifting moves she performed in the ring.

Her Influence

ChynaThe trend of mixed wrestling continued in the 1990s to 2000s with more female wrestlers taking on male opponents. Beth phoenix wrestled male opponents in the WWE and was even called the Chyna of the 2000s.

Mixed matches however were being conducted less by the 2010s. The reason being that the WWE wanted to keep it’s PG tv rating.

Some advertisers had expressed concern that WWE’ s mixed wrestling had became too violent and so tamed it down to meet these demands.

Advocacy groups claimed ” it glorified violence against women.” To many this claim would seem ludicrous because in many matches, it was actually the women who did significant damage to their male opponents. What they failed to realize was that professional wrestling is an entertainment performance piece, not real life reality!

It was not long until tag team formats took their place. With the rule being that women wrestle women with their male counterparts while tapping in or out of the ring.

THE BREAKING POINT

Chyna and Triple H’s relationship began to deteriorate around 2000. Eventually ending. Some friends claim it was because Levesque wanted children and Laurer did not.

After, Laurer sensed Levesque was growing closer with Stephanie McMahon — the WWF boss’ daughter and told friends she had searched Levesque’s briefcase, to find a love letter from Stephanie. Levesque married Stephanie in 2003.

Many speculate a broken heart contributed to Chyna’s decision to play hardball with WWE management which caused her exit to the show, when her contract was up for renewal..

The company claimed that it was her outrageous base salary demand — which according to Bleacher Report she refused to accept anything less than $1 million after being offered $400,000.

HER ACHEIVEMENTS

Chyna excited WWF in 2001, having

  • held the WWF Intercontinental Championship twice and being the only female performer to do so!
  • held the WWF Women’s Championship once
  • been the first woman to participate in the Royal Rumble & King of the Ring events,
  • become number one contender to the WWF Championship

With singles victories over several prominent male wrestlers – including Triple H, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho to name a few. Chyna left her mark in WWE history as the most dominant female competitor of all time!

THE DOWNFALL

After leaving pro wrestling, Chyna’s life plummeted from one crisis to the next.

Developing a crystal meth habit and beginning a relationship with wrestler Sean “X-Pac” Waltman. She and Waltman got engaged and filmed a sex tape. Waltman is said to have made $250,000 from 1 Night in China and estimates Laurer received significantly more. The teasing and shame that followed however drove Laurer deep into depression.

Laurer claims the tape happened to her. Telling thedailybeast.com in 2011 “It traumatised me. When that came out, I felt really duped. That was life-changing in a really negative way.”

Chyna went on to battle mental illness, attempted suicide and despite rehabilitation attempts — both in America and Japan — was never able to silence the demons inside her.

ChynaShe seemed to cherish the identity and acceptance she found in WWE, where former colleagues say she became one of the most popular wrestlers in the circuit. She alienated many of them out of her life however, after leaving the show in 2001. When her life began a 14-year spiral peppered with arrests, porn films, reality shows, suicide attempts and videos on TMZ.

Instead of hitting the gym like she used to, she began swigging back Jack Daniel’s, smoking Marlboros and popping Valium. A concerned friend had went to check on Laurer and discovered the former Playboy model—who once earned more than $1 million in a single year—living with a homeless man in a tiny apartment void of furniture, save for a naked air mattress on the living room floor when she was going through her breakdown.

Recovering

After a period of Rehab, however, it seemed Laurer had finally got herself back on her feet. She recommitted herself to fitness, drinking smoothies and protein shakes multiple times a day while stocking her pantry with vitamins. She even began posting videos of her life on you tube for fans

Laurer was on medication however for anxiety and it is said it was not uncommon for her to take multiple doses of Valium and Ambien each day, often following suit with a $9 bottle of wine called Barefoot Bubbly.

The Week Laurer died, she had not been seen or heard from for 2-3 days. As alarm bells rang, her manager called by her house to check up on her.

Upon arriving, there was no answer at the door. He did notice though, that the door was open. He therefore presumed she was in and let himself in.  As, he stepped into the hallway, he immediately noticed an odor.

There he found Laurer lying on her right side of her bed, neatly tucked under a white down comforter, sleeping peacefully. “There was no vomit, no blood,” Anzaldo says. “Her eyes were open. She was staring straight ahead.”

It was reported two pill bottles rested on a nightstand next to Laurer’s bed. Although toxicology reports have yet to be released, Anzaldo believes an accidental overdose of Valium and Ambien caused Laurer’s death. He insists, it was not a suicide death.

Gone But Not Forgotten

Either way, the death of Chyna comes as a shock for many. It is deeply upsetting to think of the challenges, some of use face alone, unknown to others . Her death only demonstrates, the difficulty some face in life, who may be deemed different for various reasons and therefore find it hard to fit into or become accepted in society.

Chyna you were one of a kind. Gone but not forgotten, you will always be the girl who kicked the guys asses. A true Glamazon, Strong but sexy as hell.

Sara’s Europe Tour and Meeting Anna Konda

It is hard to believe that it is just over a month, since I did my first Northern Europe tour and the privilege of meeting Anna Konda. This was my first time doing an extended tour, traveling between city to city. This also meant I got to use other forms of transport for a change. Instead of the usual airlines, such as the high-speed TGV train between Paris and Amsterdam, which I would highly recommend. I have even planned to travel this way again later this month when I tour Munich, Frankfurt and Dusseldorf in Germany.

I must admit that I am enjoying touring. It is wonderful to get the chance to meet so many different people, from all walks of life, as well as dabble in each countries culture.

I will try not to stereotype too much, but I also find it quite interesting to see how each countries session inquiries vary. I am not saying that everyone in these countries is like this, but for the majority of my bookings in each country. Here are just a few examples of what my sessions entailed.

Session examples by country

Paris

The home of BDSM, most men hear wanted tied up, dominated and for me show them my strength and superiority in some sad or sadistic way. They were also very partial to face sitting too and definitely always knew what they wanted in a session

Amsterdam

Free spirited and young at heart, it was rather refreshing to see such young faces entering the session scene early in life. All of my bookings here were between 21-26 years old!

Hamburg and Berlin

Strangely enough, this time around, most of my sessions where fantasy or role-play based Germany, however, I still call you German guys egotist :-p Even in fantasy based scenarios you will fight back. You guys are strong and definitely love a good sweaty competitive challenge

Stockholm

Well I never thought I would ever see somewhere as green or cold as Ireland! Maybe this is why you guys loved having me wrap my legs around you to warm you up. Stockholm was a good all rounder with plenty of requests for scissors, trash talking, muscle worship and sweaty grappling.

Dublin

The streets of temple bar dawned my feet again, this definitely has to be one of my most favorite places on earth, if only it wasn’t for the rain. Here, I am lucky in that I always get to catch up with old faces, and it seems the more I session with you guys the more relaxed we become in each other and are able to get lost in time, try out new things and get to chat in general about our lives and society.

London / Manchester

Lift and Carry was a firm favorite and I can defiantly say I felt like I had got a workout done. It was also great to even be introduced to some new moves such as donkey calve raises and glute bridges which I can now implement into my sessions. I would never even of thought of these for moves. I also got to have an all out competitive scissor session, which was fun, how you guys get a kick from it I will never understand as he even had me tapping for air on a few occasions lol, but I guess that’s all part of the fun!

In Dublin and Ireland, it was nice that the majority of my sessions where from people that I would now call regulars or good friends.

Being away for a long period of time can definitely be tiring when on tour.  This is why it is important to schedule breaks in between sessions or cities to recoup. I feel it is only fair, so everyone gets the best of Sara in their sessions. It would be no good if I were too tired to scissor or smother you to death!

Meeting Anna Konda

I was lucky, during this tour; to have a few days break scheduled in the wonderful city of Berlin. Here, I got the pleasure of meeting Anna Konda and Red Devil.

meeting anna konda

Anna, otherwise know, as Natural Born Dom is a power lifter, strong women and muscle dom. She is the owner and founder of Female Fight Club, Berlin

From our initial point of contact, I found when meeting Anna Konda to be very gentle, down to earth and a delight to communicate with. I was no fool though, as I knew this would not be the case on the mats! She is also very straight in her communication, and perhaps; why she is often know for being controversial and no stranger to the newspapers.

Berlin is rather a part of the world than a city

On my first day in Berlin, Anna meets me at the metro station near her studio and took me on a sight seeing trip around the city. It is always nice to get to see places from the local’s eye.
This was also my first chance to get to know Anna in person and ask her any questions regarding life as a session wrestler and how it all came about.  Anna was very open and honest about everything.

Like myself, Anna is no stranger to the weight room and is a very passionate lady about her training. She even makes a point to train every day. It comes first, but only on days where she hasn’t sessions, she likes to save up all her energy for crushing her victims ?

Not so different after all

I did find it interesting that Anna is like myself, in that she came to scene from the other end of the Spectrum, that being because she is a strong women. She too was approached to wrestle by a guy because of her strength and I guess the rest is history from there.

This still makes me think that many men love the feeling of sheer force and power, and not just skill, which is also crucial in wrestling. I was therefore curious and intrigued to feel the sheer force and power of the skull crusher.

Even though Anna’s known for her incredible strength, she does not consider herself a bodybuilder. Instead, she loves her womanly curves, which she puts on display in a countless amount videos online. Not only a natural born dom, but a natural born physique. Anna wants to send a message to encourage other women to do the same. Love Your Body.

She thinks this often shocks people because they think a woman with a few too many pounds should hate her body, but the fact that so many men are turned on by strong or muscular women shows that this is not the case and the stereotype of society should be banished forever. I must admit when I saw Anna she was a bit smaller than I had imagined, but when I looked at her I could tell she trains and is very well put together, with a lot of muscle on her frame.

Anna, despite not maybe being everyone’s cup of tea is however a rather inspiring session wrestler.  For a lady to have been on the scene so long, it is refreshing to find a woman who is truly independent. She is not what she calls a puppet to other wrestling producers. Anna likes to make her own content and comes up with fresh and original ideas for her videos store. She also considers herself a true dominatrix, because she will only do what she wants in sessions.

Female fight club

Leading onto independence, which is the philosophy behind Female Fight Club Berlin. The idea was that Anna wanted to build a hub for traveling independent session wrestlers to visit, train together, share techniques and of course collaborate together for footage if so desired. Female Fight Club Berlin was also to be unique in that nothing produced is fake, but rather real action!

Female fight club is not all about Anna however as Red Devil is a feisty little tank. Interestingly red devil was brought to the scene when she was researching for a sparring partner and found Anna! Red Devil’s skills are very good. She even took the time to teach me a few of her favorite moves. She is small so you have to be-ware, this means she is very fast, agile and flexible. Anna Konda sometimes calls Red Devil her alter ego. This is because Red Devil taught Anna many moves of her own, making her not only an explosive rocket, but skillful too.

Either in the buff or in a dominatrix getup, at FFCB women can tussle with the stereotype that being strong and dominant isn’t sexy or feminine. Anna has made this a way of life and is now truly committed to her following and she loves it.

Female domination and feats of strength

Her videos, which have been watched by thousands of people, have made her a cult figure in Berlin. These videos often feature her crushing watermelons or sheep skulls between her thighs, emasculating men, or instructing women on how to dominate. However, Anna is not without her critics. She says she has had social media accounts and videos deleted from Facebook and YouTube for being too “pornographic” even though they featured no nudity.

What did I think of Anna? I thought that Anna’s strength is actually scary, but impressive. Truly amazing to feel the strength of a natural athlete who has been blessed with such power. This is not to say that Anna cannot be defeated.

What does make an interesting match is when you put sheer power and force versus years of skill and conditioning in the ring together. This is what makes an interesting match and shows that wrestling is for anyone. Whatever background or skill is brought to the table.

Meeting Anna Konda Interview

Sara’s Travels : Tours, Updates and New Destinations

So, it appears that I haven’t blogged in a while…Sorry guys, things can be pretty busy around tour season. I thought it would therefore be nice of me to give you guys a little update, on Sara’s Travels.

What I have been up and have in store for you. I do have plenty of other posts (I promise!) on my desktop, waiting to be edited for those of you who prefer the more featured kind of articles.

I find my brain works overtimes, when I am away on tour and can get mini brainwaves and times when I feel compelled to start writing on a subject matter I feel particularly drawn. This happens during dead time or perhaps when flying. I think it comes from meeting you guys, where there is always lots of energy and especially after special encounters or interactions with clients, I feel touched by something or almost like I understand you guy’s more. Such results in plenty of jimbo jambo on my desktop which hopefully can be spun into fine masterpieces.

Where does time go?

Germany, feels so LONG ago now. even though it has only been a matter of weeks. I had planned on vlogging this tour, after the good response to my London Vlog but ooh how things never go to plan. D Day was approaching and I was starting to look forward to my trip and fully organized, until something beyond my control happened.

I received a couple of emails from clients informing me that Munich Airport and all its ground staff, firemen, passport control etc was on strike and 1700 flights had been cancelled. Fear set in, as I did not want to miss my trip.

I hate letting people down, however knew that Norwegian was the only airline who fly direct from Alicante to Munich every few days and I was stuffed if I could not fly. I automatically looked into flying from Madrid, but with connections the flight times where ridiculous and it did not have me there much faster. This was my plan B.

I was already thinking the worst

Off to the airport I set in the morning with anticipation; I had not been informed of any changes so I was taking it all was going to plan. Here, I found my flight delayed, however I could deal with this, at least it scheduled to take off.

All did go to plan however, and after a couple of hours of waiting around, I was Munich bound. I guess this has taught me to always expect the unexpected when planning tours and think ahead for alternative actions if needed.

Upon landing, Munich looked very beautiful, lots of greenery and forestry. It kind of reminded me of Ireland. On the ground again, I was off to meet a special someone. At the airport, this was the first time I have ever had a client greet me, which was actually very nice and refreshing. I don’t like imposing on people, always thinking I can fend for myself.

Perhaps the alpha female trait in me however he insisted he would give me a lift and has done this for many session wrestlers. I wasn’t complaining when I seen the fancy car he drove. I could almost of got used to this being lifted and laid. Thank you K, you were a star.

It’s not all glamour, I was there to wrestle

Down to business, and the sweat fest began. All sessions went great and I must say you guys were a pleasure to session with, truly. Apart from the taunting of my Northern Irish accent, apparently it’s not real English…. Lol. Great sports, strong, plenty of stamina and friendly in nature. I know you guys always get a reputation for being rude at times in Europe, however I did not find this.

One guy explained to me that the German’s are straightforward thinkers and have a take no bullshit approach. I too am like this, so maybe that’s why I found I got on so well with you. I must say though, that you as a country definitely rank number one for wrestling fanatics.

As far as wrestling goes this is pretty much all you guys are into, FACT. What I mean by this is that out of all the sessions I did, just one was for feats of strength and the rest wrestling. No lift and carry, muscle worship etc. It is funny though how you can notice trends in countries.

New ventures in the month ahead

Next month I am looking forward to visiting Anna Konda’s studio in Berlin. She has gave me a brief insight into the history of wrestling and how it was an entertainment factor in Germany. Where many would pay to go watch matches of ladies tear it out. I am looking forward to interviewing her and getting to hear and discuss what her thoughts are on various topics to do with the sport. Perhaps this is related to why you guys love it so much.

I must say, when I got back from Munich though, my body did feel like it had hit a wall. My muscles were sore from having constantly tensed or squeezed them as well as using brutal force. I can’t say my first training session back at the gym was great. After a week of rest and a family visit from my brother and his friends from home I was ready for action again and jet set to Zurich.

Switzerland funny enough is always a country I have wanted to visit however never in my lifetime did I think I would be doing so as a session wrestler. It is definitely very quaint and I get the vibe it is very eco friendly etc. however it was still not how I imagined it to be, maybe it was because there was no snow and the sun was shining.

One country, yet so many languages

One thing I did find strange yet unique is that in Switzerland there is four languages Spoken German, French, Italian and a kind of Heidi hi language spoken in the mountains. So it could be very easy to get confused! Especially as I speak none off these. All sessions all went to plan and I enjoyed a vast array of sessions in Zurich. You guys are big muscle worship fans!

The day I arrived back from Zurich, more family arrived in Spain – my dad. The past week, I have therefore been a daddy’s girl and had to get up to the usual things and feeling a bit like a tourist in my own country. It is always nice though, as it forces you to do things you would not think to and take for granted as you fall into your daily routine. Things are always pretty intense though when family is over and it is hard to get things done, so I apologize from my absence online.

What is in the pipeline for me?

New Tour Dates

You may have noticed, I have posted new tour dates for June. After Madrid and Milan this month. I will be heading to Paris, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin and Stockholm at the start of June. I am hoping to also tour Dublin and London, either late June or the start of July again as well as Germany.

When In Berlin, I am also looking forward very much to meeting the respectable Anna Konda. Filming content for my website, going up against her – where she will probably kick my ass! However that is all part of the fun as you guys know too well. Topics I am hoping to cover are feats of strength, training, muscle worship and of course wrestling. So if you guys have any ideas, don’t be shy comment below or drop me a line via email.

Sara’s Travels – USA Tour

America is on the cards and I am going to make it happen this year. Hoping to announce dates this June. I am still trying to not get too carried away with places to visit, as I don’t want to be that tourist who underestimates the size of it. NYC, Vegas, Chicago, Florida and California are places I am pretty certain I should be visiting either September or October time.

Looking forward to hopefully making my debut on a few popular wrestling and scissor related sites, so watch this space. Any guys who would be willing to help with sponsorship for playtime, would be greatly appreciated.

I CAN’T TELL YOU!

I also am working on something else in the background; the concept has been decided on and is now to be developed. It is still a long way off but this is something I have wanted to do to. Helping the wrestling community and particularly that in Europe. It should benefit session wrestlers but most importantly you guys!

Your First Mixed Wrestling Session

This week I am excited yet nervous as I embark on my first ever mixed wrestling tour in Europe, that is outside of the UK! Munich is the chosen destination. I am expecting the Germans to be quite strong and am looking forward to that! However, I guess it is things such as the language barrier I am apprehensive about. I will therefore be making sure to have my google translator handy, as my days of German tuition in high school have not done me much good. Only remembering the obscure words such as taschenrechnor German for calculator and dick meaning fat, if I remember right. As, we all used to laugh as immature school girls at that.

A few of the bookings I have for Munich, are with guys who want to experience there first ever session wrestling session. I see this as an honor and privilege to be chosen to share such special memories with.  From my experiences of delivering these, I thought it might be quite useful to come up with a few things you may find useful to consider before making heads way on the session of your dreams. These are the type of session, “type” of lady you wish to wrestle with and of course the standard practice in mixed wrestling ( because I hate to call thing rules, rules suck!)

Mixed Wrestling is Not Sex!

While a mixed wrestling session is fun and exciting, I would urge you not to expect the lady to engage in sex before, during or after. This is the norm in session wrestling for anyone who may be unsure or feel mislead. It is not to say that some ladies do not offer alternative services, but this is in the minority. The purpose of session wrestling is so you can experience a lady who is talented at wrestling and feel her incredible physique up close and personal. It often involves an element of control and in this case, usually involves you handing over power. By all means wrestling can be sensual and erotic as it is a body to body contact sport after all.

For those of you who are perhaps embarrassed that you may develop an “erection” during the rough and tumble. You will not be the only one and most ladies will have first hand experience with this, so don’t freight about that. Every lady has different standards, some may allow topless or nudity and others not. I therefore always say it is best to ask first than be let down. When emailing ask the lady what her do’s and dont’s are and if there is something that is a deal breaker for you, ask if she provides this, of course do it in a nice way and gentlemanly tone not arrogant. And, you will find most ladies will often appreciate your honesty.

Session type

The main categories of session wrestling are fantasy, semi-competitive and competitive. Fantasy is where the lady remains in control throughout the match and the man does not resist. In semi-competitive, you may offer resistance and even win a pin or two but over all the lady should still prevail ( depending on how hard you go at it.)  In competitive, both the man and the woman work hard against each other for pins and submissions,  however please note most ladies do not offer this due to the high risk of injury. I always prefer to call sessions semi competitive i.e good sport and light hearted fun where both competitors give resistance, but mutual respect remains to stop the match or tap out if it is felt too rough or someone is getting seriously hurt.

Who do I choose for my first session?

Sessions can also be made up of various elements depending on who you session with, which is especially good for first timers. I love to incorporate wrestling, lift and carry, arm wrestling and strength tests for first time sessions, gauging what the person enjoys most and taking the direction of the session from there… There are numerous ladies of great talent who offer mixed wrestling sessions. Some of which are bodybuilders and can combine muscle worship along with the over empowerment of session wrestling.

If you wish a fun session reminiscent of playful wrestling matches with young ladies like that of your college years, there are also beautiful women who specialise in just this sort of encounter. And for something more aggressive, a lady who is very large and or skilled in martial arts can take you in competitive session. There are also plenty of women who are dominatrixes that engage in mixed wrestling. They are accustomed to combining submission holds such as face sitting, slapping and other traditional domination techniques with wrestling.

Respect

It is important for people to respect each other. FACT! No matter what type of session you have chosen, nobody wishes to see how macho you are in a bad way. Injuring or beating up a woman is certainly not acceptable under any circumstances! If this should happen, you will find yourself blacklisted in the world of session wrestling very quickly. Remember, news travels fast!

mixed wrestling, booking a wrestling session

Respect is also important in the form of not time wasting. Most session wrestlers you will find ask for deposits, as this allows them to schedule their diary accordingly with space in between sessions, as well as showing commitment from both of you to the session taking place. In this case, it is therefore expected for you to pay the deposit. If ever in doubt check she is reputable or has a good reputation. If she is easily accessed on social platforms etc you will usually find she is, as she is open to exposure. After all reputation is everything in this game!

What you would like?

This is the most important part. If you are interested in an intense over empowerment, a dominatrix who is larger can often give you just the session you are thinking of. Some women also naturally gravitate towards or specialise in certain areas, which they soon become renowned for. Such as Amber Deluca for lift and carry overhead, Arekah Lox “The Bully” Roleplay and VeveLane for bondage wrestling. whatever you are considering, there is the ideal session wrestler for you!  Don’t be shy to try new things either, as by doing so, you will find just what exactly it is you like about mixed wrestling.

I don’t believe in playing the dom from the door as I think it is vital to discuss things and get the right balance before delving into role-play and fulfilling your session requests. For me, it is highly important that you feel safe, when handing over power to me in full control. This I believe is the key aspect between the submissive-domination aspect which many people forget. It is a connection full of electricity based and enthused on trust.

If you do wish for the girl to dominate you from the door however, arrange all your safe words, do’s, dont’s and limitations before the session takes place. This will allow for things to run smoothly, ensure you get everything you want and  prevent any awkwardness.

The Big Day

I’m not gonna lie to you! You will probably find yourself with sweaty palms and highly strung on the big day! Please remember, we are just normal people. This is what I tell all guys, so don’t let nerves get the better of you! However, I was always told that nerves are a good thing though as it is connected to the adrenaline rush. Personally I have found , it is often guys feel awkward because it is something weird they are doing, and perhaps not the social norm in their country.

Fear is a deterrent, do not let it stop you from taking up the chance to have a fab time with a gorgeous lady. Play it cool, sign up and show up! I can remember one of the guys who has now had three sessions with me, first ever encounter! He was that nervous and fidgety, I thought he was on drugs, trying to figure out how to get out of the situation. After ten minutes however it became apparent he was incredibly nervous, almost star struck in fact and once he realised how easy going and nice I was, he relaxed and had a very enjoyable session.

If you take all of these factors into consideration, you are set on your way to one mighty fine first session experience! Question is, who do you chose? If you would like to book a session with myself, please fill out the relevant info on my contact page.

Mixed Wrestling London Tour 2016

Welcome to my first Vlog. It is just over a week from my Mixed Wrestling London Tour 2016 this year, of which I am very glad to say was very successful and enjoyable. My first tour had been rather pushed for time, as I was only there for a day and a half, so on this trip I made sure to make time to enjoy the city.

All my bookings I thoroughly enjoyed, Supergirl got to make a good few appearances, as well as cat women dominating Spiderman.  Lift and carry was also popular and one guy who was an absolute dote, proved his allegiance to feats of Strength by testing my grip strength and getting me to perform various strength challenges. It seems you guys love it ALL in London you greedy boys.

My reasoning behind incorporating a Vlog onto the site, was because I think it will be a cool and quirky way to give you guys an insight, to what its like to be a session wrestler. This will of course involve the ups and the DOWNS of session wrestling and maybe grumpy or angry Sara when she’s pissed off :-p Follow me on my travels, get all the latest updates and see what I get up to in my REAL life. I hope you enjoy it, so, sit back relax and enjoy the movie!

Mixed Wrestling London Vlog

Music by : Safakash and Floppy Circus

Hopefully these will get better as they go along, but please be easy on me! Practice makes perfect as they say and it is rather daunting talking to the Camera in public as everyone else on the planet thinks you’re a looney bin. Check out where I am off to next on my tours page.

Mixed Arm Wrestling Over The Top

My latest post Mixed Arm wrestling Over The Top has to be one of the most fun feats of strengths out there. It is definitely not a sport to be sniffed at. Challenging both physically and mentally, as both parties sit against each other eye to eye using brutal force to determine who’s pride ends up on the table for dinner!

Factors such as grip strength and iso hold strength also comes into play. And, it is infamous for putting a tremendous amount of tension onto the biceps and sometimes triceps, with many participants’ muscles trembling with the sheer tension. A reason why you guys love watching it so much, I think!

Here I’m faced against a guy who is no stranger to free weights himself, as you can see with his 16inch biceps! Watch to find out the winner.

Mixed Arm wrestling Over The Top

I hope you enjoyed the video, I can honestly say that I was giving a hundred percent. The guy is really strong, solid muscle. Never the less I was impressed that I managed to beat him on my right and hold my own on my left. That’s the purpose of a challenge, there would be no challenge if I knew I could win. ? If you have any suggestions for future content, please drop me an email. I can’t promise that all the content will be free as there is a members section being added to the site soon. I would still like to hear your thoughts, after all the members area is for you guys.
